It is located on the beach of the town center attached, some days during the dry season, to the islet of St. Mary by a curious strip of sand called Tombolo.

This restaurant offers guests to enter the culinary adventure as a Tangara and dive closer to the values, the emotions and the culinary story told by Jean-Charles Brédas, the chef, while maintaining a traditional spirit combining discovery, travel and pleasure to a friendly and intimate atmosphere.
