Open June 13, 2004 to the public, the cyber-base has already 10 years of existence. Managed by the city, the cyber-base is aimed at a wide audience saintannais and non-saintannais (beginners and insiders, children and adults, assets and not assets, associations and companies) who wants to have free access to computers and Internet, discover the uses and receive an introduction to the Technologies of Information and Communication (ICT).All users can benefit from counseling and accompaniment on the new digital uses and the Internet for their personal or professional projects.
