The Orcea residence is composed of 6 housing type bungalows fully equipped, without floor, located in Sainte Anne at the entrance of the Bartlett area in a quiet environment at the heart of a tropical garden. The bungalows are decorated in the Caribbean spirit, thus retaining the Martinique identity.Set of 4 studios air-conditioned a 16.50 m² + terrace of 8 m 2 which can accommodate 3 persons and 2 apartments of type '2 pieces' de26m2 area + terrace of 14 m 2 up to 4 people.
